How can you prevent getting MERs-CoV?

To the Traveler:

During your recent travels, you may have been exposed to cases of MERS-CoV. You should monitor your health for at least 14 days. If you become ill with fever accompanied by cough, sore throat, nasal congestion or difficulty of breathing, you should consult a health care provider or a physician. Other accompanying symptoms are fatigue, headache, chills, vomiting, or diarrhea.

To help your physician make a diagnosis, tell about your recent travel history, especially if you have been to regions/areas affected with MERS-CoV.
